We build AI where others stop.

In July 2025, we asked: "What would it look like to create a radically different kind of AI company?" It would need to have the technical depth of a research lab, the execution speed of a startup, and the domain expertise of industry veterans. It would need to understand that not all AI problems are created equal—some require precision, reliability, and specialization that generalist models simply cannot deliver.

Launched as GammaLex AI, we originated as a deep-vertical intelligence lab for organizations that need more than generic AI solutions. Today, we focus all our energy on building specialized systems that understand the nuance, context, and constraints of specific industries—from healthcare diagnostics to legal compliance, from infrastructure automation to cognitive reasoning.

GammaLex operates on long time horizons and deals in decades, not sprints. We got into vertical AI for the venture (and the adventure)—to help organizations take on the world's biggest challenges, knowing that part of their preparation requires cutting-edge AI. But it also requires the right mindset, building the right team, developing the right product, and picking a partner for the journey with the know-how to give support and space to grow and learn.

While AI tools may be more accessible than ever, building systems that span generations and create far-reaching, equitable change is still insanely hard. We hope the most reliable piece of the whole journey is the relationship with us.

July

GammaLex AI Founded

Launched as a deep-vertical intelligence lab focused on solving complex, high-stakes AI challenges. We initiated our first vertical AI projects and established our core team and vision, setting the foundation for specialized AI systems that understand the nuance and constraints of specific industries.

Strategic Pivots

Refined our approach through three strategic pivots, honing our focus on vertical AI solutions that deliver measurable impact. We explored product-market fit, aligned our domain expertise, and refined our technical architecture to ensure we were building systems that truly address mission-critical challenges.

August

Dali MCP Framework

Began building multimodal cloud agent framework for autonomous infrastructure management. We integrated MCP protocol standards, developed agentic reasoning systems, and created autonomous deployment capabilities that enable self-managing cloud infrastructure.

OrenAI Development

Kicked off development of the first breast imaging cancer detection platform fusing AI, AR, and Voice technologies. We architected a multimodal fusion system combining vision, voice, and sensor data, engaged with clinical partners, and built AR visualization systems for enhanced diagnostic capabilities.

Board of Advisors Founded

Established a board of domain-relevant advisors to provide specialized insight and expert guidance across our vertical AI initiatives. We brought together healthcare domain experts, legal tech advisors, and infrastructure specialists to ensure each solution is grounded in real-world practices and industry depth.

Vertical AI Expansion

Expanded into legal tech, digital intelligence, and cognitive reasoning systems, broadening our vertical AI portfolio. We launched our legal intelligence platform, developed generative UI systems with web agents that autonomously navigate and interact with web environments, and advanced symbolic-AI research to create auditable decision support systems.

Production Deployments

First production deployments and pilot discussions of vertical AI solutions across healthcare, infrastructure, and legal domains. Several projects are currently in active development or pilot discussion mode, including OrenAI pilot programs, enterprise infrastructure automation discussions, and legal compliance systems in development.

Our Mission

We exist to bridge the gap between theoretical AI capabilities and mission-critical reality. While others race to build generalist models, we engineer specialized systems that understand the nuance, context, and constraints of specific industries.

Our multidisciplinary team—AI researchers, systems engineers, and domain specialists—works directly with organizations that require more than generic solutions. We architect full intelligence ecosystems end-to-end, from infrastructure to applications, ensuring every system is built for the problems most won't touch.
